My name is Nee-Sa, and I’m a freelance music journalist and digital producer seeking full-time employment in the media industry.
After years of grade school teachers lauding my writing skills, I went all-in when it was time to go to college – pursuing a journalism degree at Boston University, landing multiple positions at big media companies like CBS Radio, Viacom Media Networks, Clear Channel Communications and BUZZMEDIA, and moving all around the country while doing it.
Now that school’s over, my passion for multimedia journalism has remained. I’m suited up with an arsenal of creative knowledge and ready to unleash it on whatever the next chapters of my life bring.
Not only do I have the drive to succeed, but I also have the skills to back it up: I’m a strong writer and editor with extensive experience in the online space and a proven ability to increase site traffic. I’m also a multimedia storyteller with graphic design and radio broadcasting as my mediums of choice. Additionally, I’ve learned the ins and outs of using social media to promote content, how to spot the stories that are soon to gain traction and when to bust out my favorite tricks to keep interviews fresh.
Most importantly, though, I’m ready to take on whatever the ever-evolving world of digital publishing has to throw at me next.
